Reinforcing Mesh Welding Machine Introduction;

The reinforcing mesh welding machine is mainly used to weld the steel bars into a reinforcing mesh quickly and accurately through automatic numerical control technology, which is widely used in highways, high-speed railways, water conservancy projects, Bridges, tunnels, subways, container terminals, airport runways and so on.The multiple increase of more than 10 cm and 50 mm ensures fast and seamless transformation of welding specifications.Accurate and fast welding to ensure quality.

1. The reinforcing mesh welding machine is controlled by computer and PLC programmable controller, with high degree of automation. Imported automatic digital servo motor system ensures accurate grid size. Weldable cold-rolled ribbed steel bar, hot-rolled ribbed steel bar, hot-rolled disc steel bar, cold-rolled round steel bar and other materials with wide adaptability.

2. The transformer, SCR, upper and lower electrodes and other welding systems adopt forced water cooling and are equipped with flow protection devices, so that the unit can work continuously and reliably.  According to the user's capacity, welding can be used once or in batches, with great flexibility.

3. The blanking device adopts mechanical transmission to reduce labor intensity and improve production efficiency. Automatically locate the mesh length shear mechanism, and cut off the network pieces without error. The longitudinal bar is designed with a line divider, which is flexible and convenient for changing the mesh, ensuring the accuracy of the finished mesh.

4. Unique lifting mechanism, lifting off the electrode when the mesh is dragged to ensure the service life of the electrode. The longitudinal bar is equipped with material storage mechanism, which can guarantee the quality and continuously provide material. Longitudinal line adopts longitudinal and transverse straightening mechanism to ensure straightness of wire material and aesthetic appearance of mesh. The unit adopts separable structure, which is convenient for specification adjustment and maintenance.
