1. The 3D Double Wire Welded Fence Mesh Production Line adopt Mitsubishi PLC, Mitsubishi servo drivers, Schneider relays etc.
2. The line wires and cross wires should be pre-straightened and pre-cut, then put into wire into the dies by the storage hopper automatically
3. There are two storage hopper, One is for the line wire storage hopper, another is for cross wire storage hopper. Firstly. Put the line wire into the storage hopper. The storage hopper drop the line wire into the die automatically. Then put the cross wire into the storgae hopper. The cross wire storage hopper drop the wire into the dies automatically. Finally. the line wire storage hopper drop the line wire to the dies automatically again. The cycle chain will send the line wire and cross wire to the welding machine. The welding machine start to weld one by one. The pulling mesh car to pull out the fence mesh panel automatically.
4. The upper welding electrodes and lower welding electrodes are both controlled by SMC air cylinders. The welding pressure are firm and even.
5. The double wire welded fence mesh welding machine suitable for material; galvanized wire, round bar, stainless steel wire.
6. The welding transformer is 160KVA. And the welding transformer is water-cooling system. To ensure the welding transformer working stable and use for long time.Generally speaking. One service life is 3 years.
