1. The controller cabinet adopts PLC system to automatically control the production process. It has the auto-alarm and shutdown function, avoiding further damage to the running machine when any breakdown occurs.
2. The maintenance is easy due to its good design and simple structure. And the main components are customized according to the customer's demand.
3. When the wire is not feeding properly, it will immediately transmit a signal to the controller cabinet to stop the machine. The metal wire will be straightened by the straightener pulleys first and then processed into spiral shaped wires using moulds.
4. This machine will fix the spiral shaped metal wires from last procedure on the machining table and weave them into chain link fence wire mesh.
Two open sides of the weaved wire mesh will be automatically folded or twisted,after which the final product will be more stable and unbreakable.
It rolls the weaved wire mesh as the curling round turns and makes the finished product.
