2. The line wires and cross wires should be pre-straightened and pre-cut.
3. The line wires should be inserted into the slot tunnel by manual work. The slot tunnel can be adjusted to fit different wire diameters.
4. The cross wires are fed from the hopper deviceautomatically. The hopper device has more capacityand is controlled by step motor.
5. The mesh pulling system is controlled by step motor. The biggest advantage is that you can adjust the cross wire space randomly on same piece of mesh sheet.

6. The steel wire mesh panel welding machine can produce mesh length up to 7m. Suitable for material: galvanized wire,low carbon steel wire. 

7. The required power transformer at least 120KVA to supply machine running. And the distance from the power transformer to the steel wire mesh panel welding machine should be 150m.
