1. The line wire should be straightened and cut. Manual feeding the line wire into the line wire feeding car. The line wire feeding by automatic feeding car to the wire mesh welding machine. 
2. Cross wire need be pre-straight& cutting and then feeding on hopper automatically. The cross wire is controlled by the stepping motor. 
3. Tur welding electrodes used 20mm diameter pure copper, durable.
4. The welding transformer use water cooling system, protect machine can running well in a hot area or long time working.
5. The main motor 5.5kw and helical gear reducer connect the main axis directly, big transmission torque.
6. The cable carrier is imported from Germany, the best one all over the world, protect machine wire, not hung down.
