Wire Mesh Welding Machine Introduction:
This is our new developed chicken cage wire mesh welding machine. The welding speed can be up to a maximum of 100 times/min. It has the advantage of easier machine maintenance, fewer machine problems, easier to learn and operate, save power and consumption, less welding spark, etc. The biggest advantage of cage mesh wire mesh welding machine is that can produce 2 pieces cages meshes. Increase production capacity.
Wire Mesh Welding Machine Features:
1. The edge cutter is controlled by two big air cylinders on two sides, There is one cutter in the middle of the machine. The cutter will cut the mesh into 2 pieces. The cutting speed can match the welding speed.
2. The servo motor for pulling mesh, cross wire space can be adjusted by PLC.The pulling rack is the J&T brand, more accurate, less noise.
3. The mesh cutting is automatic, max.1m length. After cutting, the mesh can fall down automatically to the mesh stacking car.
4. The veritical wire and cross wire both are from coil wire feeding automatic. The wire diameter range from 1.5-2.7mm.
5. The welding transformer is 100KVA. The chicken cage wire mesh welding machine has 9 pieces welding transformers. As the machine has 101 welding electrodes. Every 12 welding electrodes need one welding transformer.
6. The chicken cage wire mesh welding machine need power transformer 50KVA to supply machine running. And the distance from power transformer to the chicken cage wire mesh welding machine should within 100 meters.
7. The pulling mesh car will pull the mesh automaticlly. The pulling mesh car is controlled by servo motor. Pulling mesh size is much more accurate then stepping motor.
8. The chicken cage wire mesh welding machine can make different mesh width and mesh size according to your requirement. All the parameters can be adjustable by PLC in the control cabinet.
