Wire Mesh Welding Machine Introduction:
This is our new developed chicken cage welding machine DP-GWC-1200. The welding speed can be up to maximum 80 times/min. It has advantage of easier machine maintenance, less machine problem, easier to learn and operate, save power and consumption, less welding spark etc.
Wire Mesh Welding Machine Features:
1. Mechanical welding,each welding electrode is controlled by spring. Electrodes 20*20*20mm, can be used 6 sides.
2. Double cross wire feeders, can feed different length of cross wires. It is specially designed, the feeding speed is higher, can be 80pcs/min.
3. Panasonic servo motor for pulling mesh, cross wire space can be adjusted by PLC. The pulling is by pneumatic hook, more accurate, less noise.
4. The mesh cutting is automatic. After cutting, the mesh can fall down automatically to the mesh stacking car.
5. The line wire is from coil wire automatically.Save raw material and save labor cost. The line wire is feeding through the line wire straightening device. To make the line wire straighten directly feed into the welding electrode. The cross wire is pre-straighten and pre-cut by wire straightening and cutting machine. Then worker put the cross wire into the hopper. The cross wire is feeding automatically.
Auxiliary equipment to make chicken cage:
1. Cage bending machine is used to bend the top cage mesh and bottom cage mesh.
2. Edge cutting machine is used to cut the extra wires of the mesh side.
3. Door digging machine is used to cut the insider wires of the cage mesh to make a door.
4. C nail gun is used to connect the bottom cage mesh, top cage mesh and partition mesh.
5. Electric cutter is used to cut the mesh manually.
6. Spot welding machine is used to weld the partition mesh, single spot or multi spots.
7. Wire straightening and cutting machine is used to straight and cut the wires.
