Welded Wire Mesh Machine Introduction:
This is our newly developed wire mesh welding machine DX-GWC-1200. The welding speed can be up to a maximum of 130 times/min. The wire mesh welding machine has the advantage of easier machine maintenance, fewer machine problems, easier to learn and operate, save power and consumption, less welding spark, etc. The wire mesh welding machine also have the advantage such as design reasonable, low noise, more stable, easy operation and electro-magnetism adjustable speed for welding. The mesh size is precise and the machine can be set the mesh width and mesh length according to customer’s requirement.
Welded Wire Mesh Machine Features:
1. All the pneumatic components used are with world famous brand.
2. The welded wire mesh machine adopts PLC controlled. Easy to set and control. It makes this machine more intelligent and reasonable.
3. The greatest advantage is possible to adjust the distance of line wires at random on the same mesh panel.
4. The welding wire diameter is able to be made to orders. The range of our mesh welding machine is from 0.8mm to 12mm. Material can be stainless steel wire, galvanized wire, plain steel bar, cold rolled rebar, hot rolled rebar.
5. The welded wire mesh machine adopt longitudinal wire feeding is from coil wire. The cross wire feeding from coil wire.
6. Panasonic servo motor for pulling mesh, cross wire space can be adjusted by PLC. The pulling rack is the J&T brand, more accurate, less noise.
7. The welded wire mesh machine is equipped with mesh cutting machine. Can make different mesh length according to your request.
8. The welded wire mesh machine is suitable for galvanized wire,low carbon wire.
