Wire Mesh Welding Machine Introduction:
Main machine ( wire mesh welding machine)
1. The wire mesh welding machine is the device that will position the longitudinal line and horizontal line with pressure and power welding to form solder joints.The service life of the upper contact pressure spring is more than 10000000 times under the rated load.
2. Main motor adopts 5.5KW frequency conversion brake motor to ensure welding pressure and speed.
3. Equipped with horizontal line detection device to ensure the accurate position of horizontal line.
4. The power of a single welding transformer is 160KVA, with cooling water circulation and temperature control detection switch, to prevent the transformer from burning out.
5. The electrode block adopts chromium zirconium copper with hardness HRB≥78 and conductivity ≥50MS/m. The specification is 35×35×18, and the working face can be used interchangeably to improve the utilization rate of the electrode block.
6. The electrode holder adopts T2 copper square with conductivity ≥56MS/m to increase the conductivity of copper and copper and extend the electrode life.
7. The electrode wire is made of T2 red copper row and cold forming process to ensure welding quality and increase service life.
Longitudinal wire device
The vertical line system consists of feeding detection, double row straightening wheel and wire tray. Double row straightening device by two rows of straightening device each other 90 degrees to ensure the quality of straightening.
Cross wire hopper device
Horizontal wire hopper is a kind of feeding device which will straighten and cut the fixed length steel bar and send it to the welding electrode position of the host machine according to the welding needs.
Recycle pull mesh device
The circular and reciprocating drawing net is to pull the welded horizontal line out of the grid according to the parameters set by the program, and automatically cut off according to the set length of the mesh. Mesh hook to achieve pneumatic lifting, reduce working noise and damage to the mesh.
Control system
1. Main control cabinet operating platform (optional electrical configuration according to customer requirements).
2. Adopt PLC programmable control system, touch screen operation interface.
3. Each functional structure is equipped with fault detection device, automatic alarm stop function.
4. Screen specifications and operating parameters of each mechanism are set through the touch screen interface.
5. The welding current and time are set by the touch screen on the main control cabinet.
