310 stainless steel is an austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel with good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.
Because of the higher percentages of chromium and nickel, 310s has much better creep strength, can continue to operate at high temperatures, and has good high temperature resistance.
1. Strong corrosion resistance: 310s stainless steel pipe is a stainless steel material containing molybdenum. It can form a passivation film in the air or chemical corrosive medium to isolate the metal from the outside world and protect the metallographic structure of the matrix from oxidation. 310s has excellent pitting corrosion resistance and machining performance. Its face-centered cubic structure has high stress relaxation resistance and low-temperature impact toughness;
2. High temperature resistance:
When the working temperature increases, the tendency of carbide precipitation hardening of 310s stainless steel pipes decreases; 310s also maintains sufficient plasticity and toughness, making it difficult to deform at high temperatures.
