ASTM A106 GR A Seamless Carbon Steel Pipe 12m
ASTM A106 seamless steel pipe is an American standard steel pipe, mainly divided into two types: A106-A and A106-B. Among them, A106-A is equivalent to 10# steel pipe, while A106-B is equivalent to 20# steel pipe. These steel pipes belong to the ordinary carbon steel series and are one of the commonly used materials in industrial production.
The production processes of ASTM A106 seamless steel pipe include cold drawing and hot rolling. There are differences between the two processes in terms of production process, accuracy, surface quality, minimum size, mechanical properties, organizational structure, etc. For example, the accuracy and surface quality of cold-drawn pipes are usually higher than those of hot-rolled pipes, but the minimum size is larger and the mechanical properties and organizational structure are slightly different.
