AREMA rail fishplates are available in two packaging methods
1. Use iron pallets to pack guide rail fish plates
In this method, the iron pallet is placed at the end of the rail fishplate, the iron bar is passed through the hollow iron pallet, and the pallet and the fishplate are fixed together with iron bars around it.
This method is suitable for relatively smooth transportation conditions, is more economical, and does not require a large number of wooden boxes and lumber.
2. Wrap railway fishplates in wooden boxes
This method is to bundle the rail fishplates with steel straps, then place the bundled rail fishplates into a wooden box, and use steel straps outside the box to reinforce them. This method is suitable for bumpy transportation. The wooden box can better protect the fishplate from vibration or impact.
Whichever packaging method is chosen usually depends on the actual road conditions and cost budget. But no matter which packaging method, we have enough experience to ensure that the fish plate remains intact during transportation.
