The Importance of Rail Gauge Rod in Railway Fastening

Rail gauge rod, also named gauge tie rod or gauge tie bar, is a member bar which is specially designed to joint two steel rails at the rail bottom to protect the rails from tilting and keep the rails in certain rail gauge.

Working Principle:

Depend on the tensile force of the rod to prevent the rail from spreading, and ensure traffic safety effectively. It is a portable and widely used in rail lines construction and maintenance.
