Replaceable hexagonal bolts allow vertical sinking adjustment. Track projects built on riverside, seaside or land reclamation foundations must deal with the sinking of the ground foundation. If the commonly used track fixings are used, this problem cannot be solved well. After the foundation sinks, the track needs to be reinstalled and repaired, which is a big project that consumes time and money. Therefore, it is particularly important to design a track fastening device that can effectively deal with foundation settlement. After our continuous efforts, research, design and development, we have developed a new track fixing product. It can achieve 100mm adjustment in the vertical direction by raising the pad, effectively dealing with the settlement range of the foundation surface within 100mm.
