- High Wear Resistance: The wear resistance is significantly enhanced in wear-resistant steel plates. It surpasses ordinary steel plates by more than 15-20 times, low-alloy steel plates by 5-10 times, and high-chromium cast iron by 2-5 times.
- Better Impact Performance: In these plates, the wear-resistant layer effectively combats medium wear, while the substrate is designed to endure the load of the medium, enhancing overall impact performance.
- Better Heat Resistance: To ensure optimum performance, the alloy wear-resistant layer is recommended for use in temperatures up to 600ºC. With the inclusion of vanadium, molybdenum, and other alloys, it can withstand high-temperature wear of up to 800ºC.
