Cold Rolled Steel Coil Grade of SPCC/DC01/St12/Spcd/Spce
Cold rolling process uses hot-rolled steel coils as raw materials, which are pickled to remove scale and then cold rolled to produce hard rolled coils. The cold hardening from continuous cold deformation increases strength, hardness, and toughness while decreasing plastic index, making these coils suitable for parts with simple deformation.
Cold rolled coil, with hot rolled coil as raw material processed at room temperature, offers high dimensional accuracy, excellent surface quality, convenient processing, and material efficiency. The highest grade is EDDQ with maximum strength of 590MPa. Widely used in appliance, automotive, machinery, construction, and galvanizing industries.
