DC53D+Z(St05Z) hot dip galvanized automotive steel
DC53D+Z(St04Z) hot dip galvanized plates (coils) feature strong coating adhesiveness, high erosion-resistance, accurately controlled zinc coating thickness, high size precision, flat profile, and excellent mechanical, processing, and welding performance. Ideal for manufacturing exterior and interior automotive plates, structural parts, and reinforcements.
Nominal thickness: 0.30mm~3.0mm
Nominal width: 800mm~1830mm
Note: Nominal thickness includes both base plate thickness and coating thickness.

- Allowable reduction of min.r90 specified is by 0.2 for product thickness >1.5mm.
- Allowable reduction of min.r90 and n90 specified are respectively by 0.2 and 0.01 for product thickness
- For differential coated products, the thicker coating is used as outside surface in bending test.
