Cold-rolled steel sheet is the abbreviation of cold-rolled plain carbon structural plate, also known as cold-rolled sheet, commonly called the cold plate. Cold plate is made of ordinary carbon structural steel hot-rolled steel strip, after further cold rolling steel plate thickness is less than 4mm. Due to the rolling at room temperature, it doesn't produce iron oxide, so the cold plate has excellent surface quality and high dimensional accuracy. Coupled with annealing, its mechanical and technological properties are superior to hot-rolled steel sheets. In many areas, especially household electrical appliance manufacturing, it has gradually replaced hot-rolled steel sheets.
