Custom Cutting Services
We provide precision cutting services to transform large steel coils into smaller, more manageable sizes. For container shipping, we typically divide 28-ton coils into three 7-10 ton segments for optimal loading. For bulk vessel transport, we split coils into two 18-ton units to meet shipping requirements.
Plate Conversion Process
Our coil-to-plate conversion service includes flattening and cutting coils to your specified dimensions. Standard plate sizes include 2440mm or 5800mm in length and 1220mm or 1500mm in width, optimized for 20-foot container loading. Optional black paint coating is available for enhanced rust protection.
