Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Sheet in Coil (GI) is produced by passing the Full Hard sheet through an acid washing and rolling process before immersion in a zinc pot, creating a protective zinc film surface. This process delivers exceptional corrosion resistance, paintability, and workability.
Hot-dip galvanizing applies a protective zinc coating to steel or iron sheets to prevent rusting. The process creates a seamless alloy layer through meticulous preparation and immersion in molten zinc.
