Galvalume steel, also known as Aluminum-Zinc Alloy Coated Steel, Zinc-Alu Steel, or Aluminized Zinc Steel (Aluzinc Steel), is composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon solidified at 600°C. Its structure consists of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc, forming a compact quaternary crystal alloy. The surface features smooth, flat, and attractive stars with a silver-white base color. The specialized coating provides exceptional corrosion resistance, with a normal service life of up to 25 years. It offers excellent heat resistance for high-temperature environments up to 315°C, superior paint adhesion, and outstanding processing capabilities including punching, shearing, and welding. The surface conductivity is highly efficient.

Main Features
