Manufacturing Process
Our cold rolling process utilizes hot-rolled steel coils as raw materials, which undergo pickling to remove scale before cold rolling. The resulting hard-rolled coils exhibit increased strength, hardness, and toughness due to cold hardening from continuous deformation. These coils serve as ideal raw materials for hot-dip galvanizing plants equipped with annealing lines, with standard weights ranging from 6-13.5 tons and an inner diameter of 610mm.
