Galvanized coils are manufactured through a continuous galvanizing process where thin steel sheets are immersed in molten zinc to create a protective zinc coating. The process involves dipping rolled steel sheets into a zinc bath to form galvanized steel sheets, with alloyed variants created by heating to approximately 500ºC after galvanizing to develop a zinc-iron alloy film. This results in exceptional coating adhesion and superior weldability.
