Product Overview
Galvanized coil is manufactured by immersing steel plate in molten zinc to create a protective zinc layer. Produced through continuous hot-dip galvanizing process, it combines steel strength with zinc's corrosion resistance.
Manufacturing Process
Using cold-rolled or hot-rolled steel strip as substrate, the material is immersed in 450-460°C molten zinc. An iron-zinc reaction forms an alloy layer covered with pure zinc, followed by cooling and post-processing including passivation and oiling.
