Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Coil Dx51D Zinc Coated SGCC for Building Material
Our galvanized steel coils undergo a sophisticated continuous galvanizing process where sheet steel is immersed in molten zinc, creating a durable protective coating. For alloyed galvanized steel, the material is further heated to approximately 500°C, forming a zinc-iron alloy coating that provides exceptional paint adhesion and weldability.
Our production facility boasts an annual output of 200,000 tons, specializing in various zinc spangle types including regular, small, and spangle-free finishes to meet diverse application requirements.
Available in thicknesses from 0.125 mm to 4.5 mm and widths from 500 mm to 1250 mm, with zinc coating weights ranging from 40-275 g/m². Our advanced slitting equipment ensures we can accommodate custom width specifications.
