High Quality Galvanized Steel Sheet Coil
Galvanized coil is manufactured by immersing steel plate in molten zinc to create a protective zinc layer. Produced through continuous hot-dip galvanizing, this process combines steel's structural strength with zinc's superior corrosion resistance.
Production Process
Using cold-rolled or hot-rolled steel strip as the base material, the substrate is immersed in 450-460°C molten zinc. An iron-zinc reaction forms an alloy layer, followed by a pure zinc coating. The material is then cooled and undergoes post-processing treatments including passivation and oiling.
