Product Overview
Our continuous galvanizing production line processes steel strips through annealing and galvanizing operations, featuring advanced functions including annealing thinning, galvanizing, tension adjustment, and surface treatment. The production specifications accommodate thicknesses from 0.1 to 3.0 millimeters and widths from 750 to 1250 millimeters.
Hot-dip galvanized steel sheets are manufactured by immersing thin steel sheets in molten zinc baths, creating a protective zinc layer that adheres to the surface. Utilizing continuous galvanizing processes ensures consistent quality and superior corrosion resistance.
Galvanized corrugated sheets are processed from galvanized sheets through roll pressing and cold bending techniques to form various wave patterns. These sheets are extensively used in industrial and civil construction for roofing, wall surfaces, and interior/exterior decoration applications.
