Product Overview
Hot-dip galvanizing involves the reaction of molten metal with an iron substrate to produce an alloy layer, combining the substrate and plating layer. The process begins with pickling to remove iron oxide, followed by cleaning in ammonium chloride or zinc chloride solutions, and finally immersion in the hot-dip plating bath. This method provides uniform coating, strong adhesion, and extended service life.
Hot-dip galvanizing applies a protective zinc coating to steel or iron sheets to prevent rusting, offering excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
