Manufacturing Process
Using cold-rolled or hot-rolled steel strip as the substrate, the material is immersed in 450-460°C molten zinc liquid. An iron-zinc reaction forms a durable alloy layer, which is then covered with a pure zinc layer. The process concludes with cooling and post-processing treatments such as passivation and oiling to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
