Available in thickness options from 0.125 mm to 4.5 mm and widths from 500 mm to 1250 mm, with zinc coating options ranging from 40-275 g/m². Our advanced slitting machine accommodates custom width requirements to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Surface Treatment Details
Passivation: Reduces white rust formation during storage and transportation. While providing limited corrosion protection, this treatment may hinder paint adhesion and is typically not used on zinc-iron alloy coatings.
Oiling: Provides corrosion protection under humid conditions. Oil layers are easily removable with degreasing agents without damaging the zinc coating.
Lacquer Seal: Offers enhanced corrosion protection with anti-fingerprint properties. Improves forming lubricity and serves as an adhesion primer for subsequent coatings.
Phosphating: Enables direct coating application without additional treatment. Improves coating adhesion, corrosion resistance, and forming performance when combined with appropriate lubricants.
Untreated: Available upon customer request for specialized applications where surface treatments are not required.
