Product Overview
Galvanized coil is manufactured through a continuous hot-dip galvanizing process where steel plate is immersed in molten zinc to form a protective zinc layer. This process combines the structural strength of steel with the superior corrosion resistance of zinc, creating a durable and long-lasting material solution.
Manufacturing Process
Using cold-rolled or hot-rolled steel strip as the base material, the substrate is immersed in molten zinc at 450-460°C. The iron-zinc reaction forms a durable alloy layer, which is then covered with a pure zinc coating. The final product undergoes cooling and post-processing treatments including passivation and oiling to ensure optimal performance.
