Surface Treatment Options
We provide four finishes for anti-corrosion treatment of carbon steel bar grating:
- Black / Bare Steel: No finish treatment, shortest lifespan, but most economical option
- Painted Coat: Moderate rust resistance, available in various colors
- Electro-galvanized: Thin zinc coating, may experience minor corrosion in humid environments
- Hot-dip galvanized: Most commonly used method providing superior rust protection, manufactured in strict compliance with ASTM A123 or GB/T 13912-2002 standards
