Galvanized steel coil is manufactured by dipping thin steel sheets into a molten zinc tank, creating a protective zinc coating on the surface. Our production utilizes continuous galvanizing processes, where steel coils are continuously immersed in molten zinc to produce high-quality galvanized steel products.
These galvanized coils offer exceptional corrosion resistance and superior surface quality, making them ideal for various applications including construction, appliances, automotive manufacturing, container production, and transportation equipment.
Manufacturing Process
Our hot-dip galvanized plate rolls are produced using either hot-rolled steel strips or cold-rolled steel strips through continuous hot-dip galvanizing technology. This process ensures uniform zinc coating and excellent material properties for demanding industrial applications.
