The galvanizing production line is a continuous unit for annealing and galvanizing of steel strips, featuring functions such as annealing thinning, galvanizing, tension adjustment and surface treatment. The production specifications range from a thickness of 0.1 to 3.0 millimeters and a width of 750 to 1250 millimeters.
Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is produced by immersing thin steel sheet in a molten zinc bath, creating a protective zinc layer on its surface. This continuous galvanizing process involves rolling steel sheets through a molten zinc bath to produce high-quality galvanized steel sheets.
Galvanized corrugated sheets are manufactured from galvanized sheets using roll pressing and cold bending techniques to form various wave shapes. These sheets are widely used in roofing, wall surfaces, and interior/exterior decoration for industrial and civil buildings.
