Manufacturing Process
Our cold rolled steel production utilizes hot rolled coil or plate as raw material, undergoing rigorous quality checks to ensure compliance with production standards.
Surface Preparation
Raw materials are heated and cleaned to remove surface oxides and contaminants, resulting in smoother surfaces ready for subsequent processing.
Cold Rolling Process
Materials are processed through multi-pass cold rolling mills with 4-6 passes, featuring progressively decreasing roll diameters. The rolling process achieves required thickness and width specifications while incorporating surface treatments including embossing, trimming, and polishing.
