Manufacturing Process
Our cold rolled steel coil production utilizes hot rolled coil or hot rolled steel plate as raw materials. All materials undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure they meet production specifications.
Pre-treatment: Raw materials are heated and cleaned to remove surface oxides and contaminants, creating a smoother surface ready for subsequent processing.
Cold Rolling: Materials are fed through multi-pass cold rolling mills consisting of 4-6 passes with progressively decreasing roll diameters. The rolling process achieves required thickness and width specifications while performing surface treatments including embossing, trimming, and polishing.
