Galvanized Steel C Channel and C Purlin Light Weight High-Strength for Construction
C channel is manufactured from galvanized steel strips using cold-bending forming methods. Available with galvanized or bare surface treatments, it offers numerous advantages over traditional structural steel, including lightweight construction, excellent cross-sectional performance, and high strength.
The C purlin production process consists of three key stages:
- Material Preparation: Related specifications of GI steel strips are prepared and loaded onto equipment
- Equipment Preparation: Workshop managers check and adjust equipment to ensure proper production status
- Processing: Includes hole pre-punching, cold rolling, cutting to required lengths, proper stacking with protection, and final quality inspection by QC personnel
