A: For stock products, shipments are made in 2-5 days after receiving deposit or T/T payment. For common materials requiring new production, shipments typically take 7-10 days. For special and rare materials requiring new production, delivery usually takes 15-20 days.

A: Samples are available with charges for both the samples and courier fees covered by the buyer.
Q3. What are your payment terms?
A: We accept 30% down payment via TT with 70% balance via TT or L/C.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We typically use DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT for shipments, which take 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping options are also available. For large quantity orders, ship freight is preferred.
