According to the minimum yield point of structural steel for hull, the strength levels are divided into general strength structural steel and high strength structural steel. Ship plate refers to the hot-rolled steel plate produced in accordance with the requirements of the classification society for the construction of ship hull structures. The general strength structural steels of the China Classification Society code standards are divided into four quality levels: A, B, D, and E (i.e. CCSA, CCSB, CCSD, CCSE); the high-strength structural steels of the China Classification Society code standards are three Strength level, four quality levels.
