Previously he had used grain bins and small buildings that were time consuming and not suitable for modern farming methods. The building provided a more efficient way to farm.

The use of farm contractors made it essential for large grain trailers to be able to tip quickly.

This grain building has high eaves and a high door way to allow large trailers to tip easily, and a smooth power floated floor, to make it easy to clean and sweep out. Fans have also been installed at each end to allow the air to circulate through the building, removing any moisture in the air.
