Prefab Steel Structure Warehouse Economical Design Construction Steel Building With Ventilation Panel
Working for a main contractor and alongside a civil and mechanical engineer contractor, we helped to build a garage and workshop for a regional fire station.
The main requirement was for areas to be portioned off for battery storage and forklift battery charging. These areas required needed to be well ventilated so louvre doors were used to provide airflow in and out.
Where battery charging was being done, there was a requirement to control the temperature, to achieve this composite insulated cladding was used to create this area.
The project had budget requirements, so it was value engineered, working with the main contractor to provide good solutions to fit with their budget.
