1. Fusion temperature set: Choose suitable pipe and fitting, set the suitable temperature before fusion.

2. Cutting the pipe: Cutting the necessary pipe length with the plastic pipe cutter.

3. Clearing the pipe: Clearing the fusion surface of pipe with alcohol.

4. Measure fusion depth: Measure the fusion depth according the fusion standard table and mark.

5. Heating: Put the pipe and fitting into the sockets horizontal, heating time refer standard.

6. Connecting and cooling : Connect the heated pipe and fitting exactly and adjustment finish in 5s.

Repair socket fusion welding machine instruction:

1. Clean repair position: Find the repair position and clear the hole surface.

2. Heating: Choose the right repair bar and push the bar and repair hole into the socket.

3. Connection: Insert the heated bar in the hole exactly adjustment finish in 5s and cooling.

4. Cutting the rest bar: Cutting the rest bar materail and keep it, bar can be used times.
