1.The CNC hydraulic control box is available for all MM-TECH basic model machines, covering the size from O.D 50mm through O.D 1200mm.
2.Fully encased control box makes the protection level up to IP 54.
3.Due to the unique powertrain, it could not only create sufficient hydraulic power during welding procedure, but also it makes sure the precise control.
4.And most importantly, it greatly reduce the weight of control box. And the servo-motor applied significantly reduce the failure possibility and maintenance cost.
5.All connections sockets are located at the back of hydraulic control unit, including sockets for trimmer tool and heating plate. 6.No additional power distributor is needed.
7.Various welding standards (DVS, ISO, WIS, etc.) could be pre-installed by different languages upon your request.
8.All welding reports could be saved immediately to internal memory with a capacity of 2000 reports after welding accomplished, or print the report.
9.Meanwhile, it is available for downloading through the USB interface.
10.All MM-TECH V-CNC series hydraulic control box is featured with PLC touch screen, extremely user-friendly RFID access technology.
11.Troubleshooting and program upgrade are available for remote control.
12.When heating plate hook up with machine chassis, inserting or release the heater will be controlled remotely by hydraulic unit,which is same as trimmer.
13.These characteristics prevent the operators from being injured.
