Chain Link Fence Machine Description

Chain Link Fence Machine has two types:Single Wire Chain Link Fence Machine,Double Wire Chain Link Fence Machine.Double Wire Chain Link Fence Machine is also called full automatic chain link fence machine.This double wire machine uses a double-sided spiral into the wire to weave the wire mesh. It has high productivity and is equipped with automatic locking and automatic roll netting system.

1. Chain link machine can weave chain link fence in different size. The wire is taken in from the payoff stand and passed through the dies where the diamond size takes place. After passing from the die the diamond pattern wire is automatically thrown on the winding shaft in the stitch process. Once the stitching is complete the woven is manually glided down to enable the next stitch to take place.

2. The machine is controlled by PLC automatic control system with touch screen, so only one person is needed to operate it.

3. The chain link fence is automatically wound to from rolls when the desired length is reached.

4. One side or both sides of the fence edge is twisted or with burr in edge.

5. The automatic winder rolls up the chain link fence automatically.
