This machine is mechanical buckle forming machine.It only has one motor,so it is low power consumption.The material can be galvanized wire,steel wire,stainless steel wire,steel plate,steel strip.The machine can form different shapes by changing different mould. The mould is made of high-quality molybdenum vanadium material. After quenching, the mould is very hard, wear-resistant and can be used for a long time.

1. This machine can produce kinds of plastic steel belt buckles with fast production capacity.

2. Main part Big Gear is made of cast iron QT600-3, and heat treated. The hardness is HB280-320.

3. The slider is made of  alloy wear resistant cast iron, and heat treated, its abrasion resistance is good. 

4. The gear is made of 40Cr, and heat treated. Hardness is HRC52-55. 

5. The shaft is made of 45# or 40Cr steel and heat treated. 

6. The wire feeding wheel, straightening wheel are made of high quality alloy steel, and vacuum heat treated, hardness can reach HRC58-62., high strength, wear resistance is good.Long service life.
