This welding equipment is full automatic welding machine.The warp wire and weft wire is pre straightening and cutting wire.All are falling by automatic wire hopper.It needs to input the mesh hole size and quantity in the visual touch screen in advance.The worker press the button,the equipment will weld automatic.

1. The reinforcing steel wire mesh welding equipment adopts synchronous control technique, welding time and sub-control welding is composed of PLC program system.

2. The mesh pulling car is equipped with servo motor,which has stable operation and no diagonal deformation.

3. The warp wire is feeding by automatic wire hopper.When the equipment is welding the first mesh panel,the wire hopper will place the warp wire for the next mesh panel.Then the sending wire device which is controlled by servo motor will send the warp wire to the welding position.

4. The weft wire is also falling by wire hopper.This is greatly reduce the labour indensity.,increase the output.

5. The 6 sets welding transformer is water cooling.This can ensure long service life.

1. The bracket and auxiliary equipment is wrapped with plastic film. The spare parts is put in carton box.

2. The main machine will be fixed in the container by steel wire rope to make it stable.

3. It need one 20 feet or 40 feet container to shipment.
