1. The warp wire feeding is wire coils.Each wire pay off frame can bear 1 ton wire.No frequent feeding.

2. The Straightening wheels device is used to straighten the warp wire from the wire pay off. So the finish mesh panel surface is very flat.

3. Different from common steel mesh welding machine, this machine is equipped with warp wire buffer storage frame. After straightening, the warp wire enters the buffer storage rack, and then enters the main welding machine for welding. The warp wire is wound in the form of ring on the buffer storage frame, and then plays a buffer role in the feeding process, reducing the dynamic impact on the main welding machine and the drawing servo motor, ensuring the normal and uniform feeding of the warp wire and the normal operation of the machine at the fastest speed.

4. The weft wire need to be pre straightening and cutting.The weft wire storage bin can store 1 ton material without frequent feeding.which reduces the labor intensity and improves the output.

5. When the steel mesh which is welding reaches the length set in advance,the mesh cutting machine will cut the mesh to panels.

6. After being cutting,the panels will fall onto the platform.
