1. The machine can produce wire mesh in rolls.This mesh is widely used in wall in foreign countries.

2. The warp wire is feeding in wire coils.It is straighten by straightening wheels before welding,so the welding effect is very good.

3. The weft wire is pre straightening and cutting.It is falling automatically in the wire hopper.

4. After welding, the whole wire mesh panel is divided into several strips by the wire cutting machine.The wire cutter is automatic.

5. After being cutting,the wire mesh will be rolled into coils by the automatic wire mesh winding machine.

6. The wire mesh rolls need to be manually removed from the winder.

Construction Mesh Welding Machine

1. Main welding machine: This is CNC welding machine.It will weld all the cross weld spots on the weft wire at one time,so the machine is in high output.

2. Automatic wire mesh cutting machine: This machine is also controlled by the CNC control system.According to the welding speed of the main welding machine, the matching cutting speed can be input in the control system.

3. Automatic wire mesh winding machine: The principle of rolling machine is the same as cutting machine. If the speed matches with the main welding machine, it can work automatically.
