The welded roll mesh welding machine is used to weld wire mesh in rolls.It is equipped with automatic mesh rolling machine.The whole machine is controlled by PLC control system.It has visual touch screen in the cabinet panel.It is like a computer.Workers only need to input data in the touch screen. The operation is simple.The warp wire feeding is wire coils.The end products is mesh in rolls.The mesh hole size is adjustable.Usually from 100 to 300mm.The distance between the warp wire is adjusted manually.The space between weft wire is input on the touch screen.

1. The machine is full automatic welding.All intersections on the weft wire are welded at one time. That is, all the warp wire on the mesh are welded at one time

2. The welding speed is adjustable.You can change the welding speed in the control cabinet.

3. The welding transformer is made of pure copper. Good conductivity, good quality, durable.

4. Water cooling can be used for welding transformer and lower electrode to reduce temperature. Keep welding for a long time in high temperature environment.

5. The length of the roll mesh can be set in the control system.The mesh will be rolled automatically while welding.
