This rebar mesh welding machine is also called reinforcing mesh welding machine.the wire diameter can be from 6-12mm.The welding electrode is fixed on the cylinder, and the cylinder controls the up and down welding action.This can ensure that the machine has enough pressure to weld 12mm and 12mm diameter steel bars firmly.The warp wire is sent to the welding position by automatic device.The weft wire is put in the storage bin which can store about 1 Ton material,No frequent feeding.

1. The welding electrode is square. All six sides can be used for welding.

2. The welding electrode is high chromium copper with good conductivity, wear resistance and long service life.

3. The transformer and the welding electrodes are water cooling.The water cooling system can reduce the temperature and prolong the service life.

4. The warp wires are sent to the welding position by the automatic warp wire feeding device with high speed. The worker can prepare the warp wires of the next mesh while the machine is welding to ensure the efficient operation of the machine.

5.The weft wire is controlled by the numerical control system and falls to the welding position automatically. The storage bin can store about 1 ton weft wire. It is not necessary to add weft wire frequently.
